Patrick B. Morin

Patrick Morin is the CEO of BrightHammer, Inc.

Prior to his current engagement, Patrick was a Senior Vice President with Cornerstone Realty Income Trust, Inc., a $1.5 billion New York Stock Exchange-traded company that owned and managed over 24,000 apartments. Cornerstone was happily acquired by Colonial Properties of Birmingham, Alabama.

Before joining Cornerstone, Mr. Morin was with Dale Carnegie Training in Central Virginia. Mr. Morin remains an instructor of the Dale Carnegie Course, the Dale Carnegie Sales Advantage, the Dale Carnegie Customer Relations and Employee Development Course, the Dale Carnegie Professional Development Series, Leadership Training for Managers, and the High Impact Presentations Course.

Mr. Morin has consulted with over 400 companies and individuals in helping them achieve both business and personal objectives through peak performance development. He specializes in change management, redefining corporate culture, and organizational strategic planning with an emphasis on sales and marketing development.

As a professional member of the National Speakers Association, he has personally conducted over 800 training meetings for business, industry, government, and community groups. Mr. Morin has appeared on television, has been featured on radio shows, and in print as an authority in his field.

Among those he has addressed are the International Association of Business Communicators, NASA, Wachovia Bank, and New York Life Insurance.

Mr. Morin lives in Richmond, Virginia with his wife Kate, and sons - Andrew, Henry, and William. He enjoys martial arts, reading, and snow skiing.

He was educated at The State University of New York at Oswego and holds degrees in Marketing and Economics.
